No issues here. The location had everything I needed to print off a document from email without much hassle. There wasn't a lot of staff around but the process was pretty intuitive.

I know that some people get excited by hardware stores but for me it has always been stationary shops. Not quite the same these days as you have to buy a package of pens or pencils or paper....but still the thrill is there. Staples was fun after Christmas. Lots of incredible deals on exercise books etc. I loved it. The staff was both knowledgeable and helpful. I was after a Quo Vadis refill. To heck with computers. Let's us enjoy paper pens paper while we still can !!!

Went to make a purchase today, SATURDAY, at 5:15 p.m. and staff member at door, advised they CLOSED at 5 p.m.They do not want my business! Why not close at noon? They could save more money? Ridiculous......April15/23

Came here for one pick up but no one is there to even assist. I can see my package and when I tried to contact the person to talk with, she ignored me instead of letting me know to wait in the line for other side. Terrible service

Your printing coordinator is absolutely incredible, she went out of her way to figure out the best printing solution for me when I was having a very rough day... I think her name started with Ch but I can't remember:( anyways big thank you to her and the manager!

Had an issue where I wanted to return something. As disappointed as I was with the recital of the policy, the smugness of what, presumably is the assistant manager by the name of Sean will mean that I will no longer not only not shop at this place, I will share with my company, as we have a corporate national account that maybe we should probably find a different vendor. As Sean said to me, no problem mate(with his shrug of shoulders). Great representative.

The staff are decent, but there aren’t enough at the print station. They expect 2 people to do the job of 5. Answer the phones, take custom print orders, help everyone doing the self printing, return packages, etc.. Every time I frequent this location, I wait at least 10 minutes to be seen by a representative at the print station. They’re always overwhelmed. I’ve tried calling 6 times today to inquire about my order, no answer. Because they don’t have enough people at the print station!I don’t remember her name, but I did have a very kind young woman serve me yesterday between 2-3 pm, who was very patient and helped me a lot! I only wish she had more staff to help her, so the people behind me didn’t have to wait as long while I was helped.

I went in here looking for a special size box 8x 24x24 to put my wreath in. I'm always welcomed in this store. It's kept immaculately cleaned. Nothing ever appears out of place. My journey ended with an associate telling me more sizes were on line for the boxes. Also if it's there it may take a week to receive it. All my questions were answered before I asked them. I really like this Staples cause they're really friendly and always go out of their way to help you.
