A Good company to rent your 12 seater Mercedes Sprinter, dealt with Sunny at the location. The guys here are very convenient in terms of pick up and drop off, of course for an extra charge but they will make it possible. 10/10 for service and vehicle. Highly recommended

I recently came to BC with my family for vacation. We rented to 2 sprinter Vans from SunnY and they were super clean and well maintained. The guy was super polite and friendly. we highly recommend this place for van rental.

Hands down 1 of the best services our group ever experienced. Usually travelling gets hectic with everything but they made it nice, easy and smooth. I visit Vancouver area every year and we will only be booking our vans from Maxx rental only. Thank you for making our trip painless. I will recommend this place any day and we will be back for sure. Very accommodating staff they helped with pickup and drop off and were easy to reach for any questions. Loved their 12 passenger van, economic on gas, easy to drive, park and maneuver. It fit 12 of us and our luggage’s comfortably. Special thanks to Sunny for being so accommodating especially with our flight delays, he waited for us passed his work hours.

Rented a 12 seater ford transit. Sunny and the other person at the desk were very polite and helpful. The van was a bit late coming in but I really appreciated it being cleaned and washed for the handover (maybe it came back that morning). They walked around the van, showed the previous damages and did a thorough introduction to the vehicle. Upon return they check out process for seamless. Sunny offered to drive me to the airport or a sky train after the check out. Would definitely recommend and rent from them again.

Highly recommend. All was just as expected and no surprises - vehicles have proper winter tires as advertised. You can also get snow chains at the location. No issues with handling on snowy highways. Fleet is very well maintained. I would be using Maxx Car rental again.

Great service and terrific vehicle ! The team at Maxx Car Rental were very easy to work with; we booked a 14 seat van from Australia and the email communication was quick and clear. They were very efficient and right on time to help pick us up from the airport on our arrival and we found their office location very close and convenient. The Mercedes Van was modern and in great condition with lots room for two families, luggage and ski bags. We highly recommend and will definitely use Maxx again on our next ski trip !
