I visited this week to have my license switched over from Ontario to Manitoba, and the service I received was above and beyond! They took me shortly before closing time without a second thought after MPI had turned me away, unwilling to help me a whole hour before closing, so I was SO thankful that the staff at Manders Cherewyk helped me. My work schedule clashes with regular business hours, so I wouldn't have made MPI's hours any day of the week. I really appreciate the time that Tyler and Brenda took to get everything sorted! And their can-do attitude really brightened up the whole situation too! My husband and I will be returning with our business and recommending to friends. Thanks again guys!

I registered my new car here last friday.I just got the address proof from the bank.It is very near closing time When I rush into the office.There is only one lady there.She called someone to change her schedule after I told she I want to do new car registration.She is very kind and patient and also very considerable.She did not skip any step even if she is sacrificing her private time for almost 50 minutes.We focus on finishing the process.i did not even have a chance to know her name.Appreciate her great job and time!Remove Edit

Great place!Great location!Awesome staff!I've been going here with my mum, when I was a child, and have been there since for my own car insurance and plates, drivers lisence photos, insurance payments, booking of knowledge tests, and rental car insurance!I've dealt with several people at this location and they are all knowledgable and professional. I've been to another broker in the area and Manders Cherewyks service is far superior, in how they treat their customers!I highly recommend this location for all of your insurance needs!They are situated in a strip mall with a large parking lot, so very accessible. This place is wheelchair accessible and often has several employees, so they can help many customers at once.They have good hours, so if you work days, you'll be able to come here after work!

I had a very bad experience with them. They don’t even have a look upon the documents and just say you have to directly go to MPI service centre. One of my friend went there with the Ontario safety but they said that it is not acceptable and they didn’t even open up his file with MPI and didn’t switch over the driver’s license and even he had all the right documents. When he went to another brokers he got everything done and safety was accepted too. They didn’t even know that safety from another province is acceptable for certain periods of time. The employees who work there are very rude.

Have dealt with them since day one on moving to Manitoba......related, yes.....but still can say a great company. Great work ethics, friendly, have your best interests in mind, dependable and honest! Originally a family business and still is.

I have to say, the leader of this autopac is too good at choosing people, I really thank the boy who can speaks Chinese at the front desk of this house, he provides a lot of help to the new immigrants, and the key is that he always has much patience and so nice, it is not easy to meet patient people in the government department.

I can't trust them to do what they say they're going to do, which is very disappointing. I keep giving the benefit of the doubt but it's now around 7 times that what they said would happen did not happen. We've now been surprised multiple times by bills for the entire year when they've promised multiple times that we were on quarterly payments. We must have had to update our credit card info 4 times because it just doesn't get updated as promised or mysteriously vanishes.

Staffs at Manders Cherewyk Insurance are very patient and courteous to guide you through, either home insurance or MPIAutopac insurance. Definitely recommended to my friends and family, who requires immediate or future insurance matters.

I went to submit my local licence to obtain manitoba licence. They are good people and made my job easy in the first attempt.
