Ever since it opened, I have been going here quite often, and it's the best bubble tea place in the city. I have tried every other ones, and nothing matches this one, and the value is good, and the workers are nice, and wonderful. Highly recommend.

I went for the first time yesterday and normally when I’m in Guelph I get Chatime, but I wanted to try somewhere new and SweetTea did not disappoint! They had the sweetest staff, the coolest way to make drinks that differentiate them from most bubble tea places, and I ordered the strawberry slushy which was amazing!! Definitely recommend

This place is so cute! I got the strawberry milk tea, which was quite tasty. It's a nice slightly creamy tasting strawberry if you're into that. The highlight was the tapioca pearls themselves - they're made very well. Perfect chewy consistency throughout without the dry hard core that other places sometimes have because they rushed making them.The store front is clean and tidy - I like the look. I also got a peek into the backroom while waiting for my drink and it looks clean and organized back there too! A sign of a good restaurant.Service was very fast considering it's just the husband and wife working. They're very friendly and nice.My new bubble tea stop whenever I'm on that side of town!

I’ll keep coming back here because the staff were so nice to us. Same with the Sweetea in Fergus.The drinks you can’t go wrong with! The bubbles are the perfect texture, not too hard but not soggy either, as with some places we have come across.And I got the sub because I was starving, and I loved the pickled veggies on it but the bread and the meat I wasn’t so much a fan of. That’s personal preference though.There isn’t much seating and there isn’t much ambiance, but that isn’t why we come here. We love the bubble teas.

Such a nice lady at this place the interaction made me write my first Google review. The hot bubble tea was very nice - it didn’t really taste like the flavor I chose but I did not mind. The spicy baguette sandwich I ordered is just perfect - can’t wait to eat there again and tell people to try it :)

This bubble tea shop is spacious and has indoor seating. When customers enter the shop, they are expected to place their order on a digital tablet at the front counter. The way that the menu is organized on the tablet is a bit confusing; I wanted a taro slushie but I accidentally ordered a taro milk tea instead. It would have been easier if I could have just told the server what I wanted, especially since there weren't any other customers at the time. Nevertheless, the taro milk tea tasted good. Prices are pretty low.

What a beautiful locations with lots if great drinks on their menu and really friendly people working there. My daughter got a brown sugar milk tea with double tapioca, and it was EXCELLENT! Great price, too! Will definitely come again when we're in the neighborhood!

Very clean, friendly staff, great drinks with many options available to customize your drink! Prices are fair and the tapioca is very nice! I always order double the amount!

Wow, wow, wow!I've been converted!I tried bubble tea many years ago and never cared for it...my son requested that we try it, so, reluctantly I ordered one for myself too, and all I can say is I am glad I did.So yummy, we will definitely be back!Along with the great drink the service was stellar, definitely understand why it has so many great reviews!
