Dino Stepic is your realtor of choice, as far as the sale of my house goes we went $76,400 over asking. Keep in mind it was a super beautiful home and I put a lot of work into it, but it was a dream come true to see that at the end of the sale!Also noted I picked up a piece of rural land, keep in mind I wasn't too educated on the real estate process and at times I thought I wasn't going to get the land I wanted Dino had 20 solutions for every barrier we encountered and I ended up getting the land I absolutely wanted.No hesitation, super friendly, highly credible. 3% offers low commissions and great service, get it done!
