My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience purchasing our first car together at JP Motors. Bill was fantastic and allowed us to test drive a few cars before we chose our vehicle. There were a couple of mechanical issues that were fixed by the service centre. It was a bit stressful to have issues with a car we just purchased but Rob made sure everything was taken care of and our car is now perfectly sound. Cannot recommend JP Motors enough to those looking for a used vehicle.

I just traded in my 2015 chevy cruze for a 2018 chevy spark and dealt with Zainab. She was absolutely amazing and such a big help with everything! I would NEVER hesitate to call her again in the future!! She is so sweet, genuine and honest. I have never felt more comfortable with a customer service worker before, she was overall just amazing! 10/10 ♥♥♥

I bought my first car here in 2017, it was a terrible vehicle - constantly broken down. My second car was purchased elsewhere - same make and model - and it was a great vehicle. Here I am on my third vehicle, constantly broken down - I am going through the records of my car (which I should have done first - so this is my bad) and what a surprise that JP Motors had it in 2020 before it made its way to the dealership I purchased it from. Make sure the car you are buying has never set a tire on the JP motors lot. JP = Just Playing

As much as I don't like the place, lots of delays, delivery was over a month late and then tried to stick me with the rental fee of the car they provided because of how long mine was taking.I will at least say they sold me a solid vehicle, was essentially problem free (standard maintenance aside) for over 8 years.They may not be the cheapest and they have other issues but they at least sell good cars.I felt the need to write this after purchasing a truck from Frank Gies Auto Sales & Leasing in waterloo that turned out to be mostly expanding foam and bondo

Had a great initial experience with this dealership. It went sour when I went to pick up the truck. I have no problems with the vehicle itself, but I can tell the dealership will do the bare minimum to make sure the most money is saved on their end. They will make sure that the vehicle just passes safety. I was trading in a vehicle plus extra and before the trade, I went to make sure I filled up the car with gas. In return, the truck I picked up from them came with 1/4 gas left. I believe it was just common courtesy to leave with a full tank of gas. Also, I received a bill of sale before confirming the purchase. I got the bank draft ready and handed it to them on purchase day but the next day they called me to tell me that I owe them more money. I had to give them my credit card info over the phone which I didn’t appreciate. I didn’t realize that the license fee increased from the previous bill of sale which they did not inform me prior. There was no communication from them that the license fee increased. They only called me to hassle me for more money. Overall, they do have great vehicles but do not go out of your way if you are trading in a vehicle as they will put little time and effort.

I had such a great experience at JP motors!This was my first time buying a car and Jim made it so comfortable & easy for me. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in & answered all of our questions. As soon as I got there, the car was ready to be test driven & everyone else was so pleasant. Kim helped get everything finalized & is amazing at what she does. I will definitely be coming back here & I recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle!Thanks everyone!

I didn't have a good experience here, I wouldn't buy a car from any of these sales people. They all seemed cocky and made me feel uncomfortable walking around viewing the cars.I'm glad I went somewhere else and had a much better car buying experience

Overall experience was fantastic. Sasha was great help in answering all questions I had regarding the vehicle itself and overall a friendly person to deal with. Zaina was fantastic with helping me get approved for financing with $0 down!! She definitely went above and beyond to get me the lowest finance rate possible. I appreciated how she kept in contact with me every step of the way and gave me constant updates on the entire process to give me peace of mind! Awful experience. Went to take a look at cars personally at the location, the sales person greeted us saying - take a look but there are not many cars in your budget. I did take a look and there were at-least 7-10 cars in our budget.Secondly the sales person did not even knowwhat cars they had available, where they were parked in their own lot and what the specs were on each one of them. He said “It probably has the features you are looking for”Many cars that were sold did not have the sold markers on and many cars did not have prices allocated to it. We liked a car in our budget, but chose to not proceed with it due to poor customer service.
