Blue River Campground & RV Park
We randomly came across this campsite looking for a place to crash for the night. Owners are super friendly! Campsites are close together but still with enough trees between you don't notice your neighbors. Nice sandy area to pitch your tents on. We did not come prepared for camping and they had everything we needed to buy/borrow for the evening.

$6 to use the sani dump after you've already paid to stay there was kind of ridiculous. Campsite was average, and right next to the highway. It was great because we only needed a place to stay for one night, noise from the highway and trains all night long was less great, but tolerable. Wonderful mountain views

Campground near the highway. Privacy is medium. Electricity and water connections are poorly designed. You may need extensions. Laundry is CAD 10 per cycle (wash and dry). Washrooms are narrow but clean.

Real nice campground. Owners super friendly. We had a tent site and he ran a long extension cord for us so we could have power. It is close to the highway, but you can see that when you research the campground, it didn't bother us. Beautiful scenery all around especially the lake in the surrounding areas. I will definitely camp here again!

The owners a very nice and give excellent customer service.We stayed in a cabin and it was very clean, bathrooms/showers are also well maintained. We got to bring our dog as well which was super! We enjoyed the nature.We are looking forward to booking for another stay in the near future.

I loved this place. The Owners are hands on. It is like a commune where you have a shared kitchen washrooms etc. The washrooms are clean except at around 8am when they get the morning rush. Even then they are not dirty, except they are used heavily. Everyone was quiet except the first in night we could hear a party which was not in the campground. If you camp here , get your breakfast at petrocanada gas station where they make breakfast sandwiches for 5 dollars. They have samosa too! The Eleanor Lake nearby is great . Clean washrooms and nice beach.

Super clean campsite with variety of options from cabin to tent to hookup spots. Fully equipped cooking area with fridge, stove, sink and seating area. Bathroom and showers were so clean! New owners are taking care of the place and I actually saw the owner cleaning the kitchen sink like 6:30 am. She was nice and offered us toast bread ❤️

First time to step in the British columbia because we booked in there cabin. Stayed here for 3days and 2nights. My kids really enjoyed the experience. There is a common kitchen in the campground, were we can cook and borrowed some utensils which is awesome. The cabins were we stayed in are nice and we can see the mountain scene and horses as well. Thankfully, the owner gives as seven soda on our way home and some candies for the kids

Blue river campground is in a good location with some nice wildlife around, we stayed for just 1 night on our way to kamloops. The service was good. On to the negatives, the shower block was a little outdated, RV pitches cramped together, a little noisy from the highway / railway and the electric / water hookups are positioned poorly, both us and our neighbour had problems making our leads fit. Lastly the wifi was pretty terrible compared to many of the other sites we have visited. Overall I’d say not bad for a night or two but I wouldn’t like to spend a week here.
