This is a great store! Stopped in to enquire about a new Chef knife. Spoke with a really helpful associate named Michael. He was able to direct me to the correct brand and model I was looking for. His knowledge of all the kitchen knives was very impressive. In addition I was informed that he was a Chef himself. It really gave me a sense of confidence with my purchase and I will definitely be back to add to my collection of Wusthof Classics.

Excellent customer care, I have to add I haven't bought anything yet because I cannot decide (personal thoughts and ...), however when you step in the store you feel you are welcome and the store people would answer and give you very good option to chose, I will defiantly buy from them and support a Canadian BC company.

The staff are knowledgeable and are very easy to talk to about all things blade related. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and the value of the new set we purchased (plus getting some old backup knives re-honed)10/10 would recommend again. Daniel if you read these reviews you're a lifesaver for old knives!

Wow. Went into Store at Coquitlam to get some advice - product knowledge was huge and very helpful. Was able to hold a variety of chef knives (Wusthof and Shun) and landed on the Japanese style by doing so. Ordered Shun Kanso 6 piece box set. The knives are amazing - better than expected. Performance is stunning. They are extremely sharp out of the box! Such an amazing experience and product quality is as high as it gets.

Came here to buy some high quality knives. The people here were very helpful.Bought a high quality chopping knife on display for $59.99 and got a pairing knife from the same manufacturer at a reduced price / sale for $29.99Also picked up plastic cutting boards (large size) for $7 each and a set of 4 small for $18They were running a special on Kussi Knives, but 2 get one free so picked up a 3 inch and a 4 inch pairing knife as well. The total charge was around $180 CADThey have a fantastic collection if hunting knives and pocket knives as sell plus some kitchen accessories..All in all a good experience..

They sold me a CRKT CEO flipper that was so dull out of the box I couldn't cut a lemon with it.I tried fixing it myself out of frustration but discovered the manufacturer had only beveled one side of the edge so it couldn't possibly be sharpened without being reground.I Took it back and they wouldn't do an exchange because I had touched it to a whetstone, Wich I thought was lame because it was an obvious manufacturer defect.The lady was nice enough to attempt regrinding it for free but sadly its still performs very poorly.Not thrilled with the return policy, I think they could do better. Will take my business elsewhere

Came here to look for a multitool when I go camping and the two employees were so rude. They didn’t greet my girlfriend and I and were clearly talking about us, doing that thing where you cover your mouth with your hand so people can’t read your lips. The guy, older with glasses, was also watching us like a hawk the entire time. It made me so uncomfortable I left after like 2 minutes because I felt so unwelcome for literally NO reason. Definitely going to find what I need somewhere else

I took my kitchen knives here to be sharpened and I'm really happy with the results. The service was knowledgeable and friendly, the prices were great, and best of all, I have functional knives for cooking again.

Came over with a simple question about a kitchen knife and I ended up buying a whole bunch of other sharp objects for the house. The man behind the counter was super helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn't otherwise write a review about a knife place, but this store gets you excited about all things pointy!I bought a pocket knife too and I absolutely love it. I didn't realize how good some of these Swiss army knives are. Definitely recommend this place!
