I love this store because it has everything and can do everything. I go there frequently.

I called and then went in to recycle a monitor and some keyboards. Phone was answered with a smile and a true willingness to help me - they offered to come out to carry stuff in for me if I needed help. When I went in, the staff were all smiling and very, very helpful. I didn't have to look for someone to help me. They found me. It was such a pleasure to shop there. I did end up buying something. LOL Based on the pleasant experience, I would think of them first in future to give them my business. Good job, Folks!

We had to drop in to pick up a couple of items. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Not our first time in this location but the same experience as before.

took a laptop in for upgrading, cheaper to buy a new one that was on sale, thanks to the tech. dept. for showing me.

Excellent service. However, paying over $7.00 for one laminated vaccine record is ridicilous. Seven minutes of work max, consumers are being gouged. Shame on Staples management for doubling the price since December 2021.

Went in to get health QRCode laminated and was told it is only done at certain times, all of which were when I was working. The 2 employees were standing behind the counter socializing and there was no one else there. I was told that it required the store to bring in staff, because it would be too busy to do this simple job. The staff member then suggested I go to another city to have it done. This is not a complicated procedure. I went to UPS in the same mall and my entire experience there took 3 and a half minutes and they were very pleasant. On another occasion my husband needed a survey copied and after 30 minutes was told he needed to come back when someone knew how to do it was there. For a store that purports to have business solutions, they are not very good and perhaps should teach their employees about customer service a d train them to use the machines.

Staff always helpful.... Saved me a headache and some money when i mistakenly was purchasing a complete laser printer cartridge instead of just the ink.Always have what I go there for and will price natch if it's available cheaper somewhere else.

Don't get me wrong I love staples but not when my boyfriend took in his laptop to get it looked at and said it was going to cost $1600 to fix it which is more then he paid for the laptop

A little over priced compared to competitors in bigger markets. A little hard to find staff when help is needed.
