Amazing work and great customer service. I’ve wasted time and lost money with other cabinet builders in the past but not with Flex! They designed and built my cabinets to perfection and when changes were needed they had them ready in record time. Definitely will be using their services again for my projects. Very responsive company from the moment I contacted them for an estimate. They came 3x to ensure all measurements are precise to a tee. The wait time between initial deposit and installation, longer than I wish but it was an average of 4 weeks, prett standard due to the affects of Covid. Installation of both cabinet and countertop, both in 2 days which is above and beyond the norm but they did me a big favor in making it happen. Accomodating to special request as part of the designing phase was fantastic so I was able to get that dream kitchen without havent to compromise much. Pricing can't be beat, I checked a handful and they are the most affordable with quality. Working with Khoa and Hoang are awesome.

I used Flex Cabinets for 2 major projects (apartment kitchen and closet) and for all cabinetry in our 2100 sq ft new build house. They were extremely easy to deal with, showed up when scheduled and Khoa was quick to respond to any issues that came up and they were deal with right away. They are reasonable priced and the product is great quality. I would absolutely recommend them for any of your future projects.

It was a pleasure working with Khoa! He is super professional and helpful. He understand our needs for the cabinets required for our home office and brought our vision to life. The work is perfection. They also installed before the time promised, which was awesome! Flex has great variety of colour, hardware and cabinet tops. I highly recommend.

Had the team make us custom 10' floor to ceiling cabinets for my living room. Cynthia was so sweet and accommodating the through the whole process. Although we had a few hiccups during the build, however the whole team was happy to resolve everything ASAP. We love our custom book shelf— we will be using Flex for our current bathroom reno and I'm sure many projects to come in the future.

During the design phase several staff members helped us carefully plan out our cabinetry, and provided us with great innovative solutions. Even though there were minor cosmetic issues with our cabinetry, Flex Cabinets was more than willing to come back to make corrections.
