Budget Car Rental

Budget was able to come through with a van for me to move on short notice, when I had made a reservation with another company that fell through on me. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. My receipt says I was helped by Joshua, and he was wonderful and went out of his way to make sure everything was fine with the van I rented. I will definitely use budget again as a first choice and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Have rented from this location a few times now, no issues and no hassles returning the vehicle. The pick up process is very transparent, and the guy working there is always super friendly and communicative.

I made a reservation through customer service for budget on 2141 St. Joseph Boulevard. When I arrived here there were absolutely no cars after being confirmed that there was four cars on site and I would have a choice. Once I got here I was informed there was no cars, no shuttle and no way to get a rental car. This was the most horrible waste of my money and I would suggest nobody ever come to this location.

I rented a vehicle from the St Joseph in Orleans while in Costa Rica, I did show up late for the pick up and Joshua had attempted to call me on a few occasions prior to renting out the vehicle as there is a shortage. I showed up and he managed to have a SUV ready for me in just a few minutes. But what I appreciated is the fact that Johsua took a video of the vehicle prior to my departure as there was a few locations with damaged. Great Service.I drop the car while the establishment was closed and contact Liku once back in Costa Rica and obtain a copy of my receipt within a few minutes. Only one work for this rental location WOW... Great Job gentlemen. You will be my first source of rental in the future and I will promote your establishment to my entire network.

We took the car from Avis there. Cars are worn out and dirty but the service is kind and good

rented a truck from Budget on a Saturday morning returned truck after closing hours.I had filled the gas tank. They charged me a $50 extra fee on my invoice because they said I had not filled the truck with gas. I will not go there again

Friendly enough single staff member at this location. Overall service however has gone way downhill since they merged with Avis. I rented a Toyota Camry (or similar) both times within two weeks, and got a small SUV both times (Hyundai Tucson, and a terrible Buick Encore).
