Flat Rate Relocation

We have hired movers several times in the past but this move from Vancouver to Penticton was by far our best experience. The guys from Flat Rate were great, from the quick response from Leo to book and accommodating our slightly odd timeline to the guys on the truck (Elvin and Sef) who were prompt, careful, and friendly (not to mention strong). They took such care with our belongings and everything arrived in perfect condition. And no hidden charges when we got the invoice.I would recommend Flat Rate to anyone who asks and will definitely use them again for our next move. Thanks guys for a great move!!

I was moving from Vancouver BC to San Francisco in May 2023 and Leo and his team has been fantastic throughout the entire process. Everything from explaining the move process, accommodating adjustments due to date changes on my side, and answering questions along the way was done professionally and with great patience. The moving team that came to move my furniture were also fantastic. They took great care to wrap furniture to ensure all items arrived in the same condition and took very detailed inventory to ensure all items were accounted for. Excellent experience of a cross border move from Vancouver to San Francisco! Leo was super responsive and accommodating to my timeline and specific requests. Seth and Alvin were amazing from packing my place up to updates along the way and finally managing to move a very large sofa in a small narrow stairwell up a few flights! They worked their magic with smiles on their faces and a great attitude. They were helpful in unloading everything, opening boxes to show me the condition of what was moved, and cleaning up things including moving out an old heavy couch to the driveway. I was very worried about my move but this team made it a breeze! I super highly recommend them as someone who’s worked with other groups with long distance moves!!

I Hired FlatRateRelocation for my job relocation to Vancouver as it was highly recommended by folks. When I first contacted them, they mentioned that we will need to be present at the Canadian custom (Pacific Highway Port of Entry) to clear the shipment. The movers were very professional and fairly efficient. The shipping happened the next day and it went really smooth. They also provided a handbook that answers most of my questions regarding the moving process.

I was looking for help moving from Seattle to Vancouver and was super nervous about crossing the border. I found flat rate via Google and was super stoked about how easy they made it sound and it was clear they do moves cross-border all the time. Plus, I assigned them as my proxy to pickup from a storage unit without me there and they definitely represented me as a customer really well. I was super happy with their instructions and met the guys at the border (which the border guards already knew them since they do it all the time) and it was super easy. On delivery, the guys also were friendly, efficient, and put together my bed frame. They really have high quality team members who care about you. I'm definitely impressed and will no doubt use them again if needed.
