Way way overpriced. So disappointed in this local company. Ask them to mark one line between my house and the next door house in Lindsay.So I could erect a chain link fence in the right location. The quote was five times higher than a out of town surveyor.

Extremely overpriced. A half day ordeal quoted 3 days with $ 18,000 package with GSt. I dont even know if i need all those service.

Needed a Western Boundary line with having garage PIN'D according to site plan. Quote was just under $ 5,000.00 ... got another company to do it for $ 2300.00 same work ... grossly overpriced

Find a different company for surveying. I was dealing with Geoff, he is unreliable, unresponsive, and charged me more then his original quote with no grounds to do so. Borderline criminal. Once he is paid, he could care less about his clients needs. Very displeased with this company.
