Ben Gong has a lot of unique flavours and their tea cube topping isn’t something I’ve seen anywhere else. I tried the passion fruit tea; it was not bad, but quite pricy as is most of the menu. Waited around 20 minutes for two drinks even though there was only one person in front of us.

I came here for the first time because a friend recommended the place to me. All the staff that I interacted with were really welcoming and helpful. I ordered a Mango and Coconut Pudding Milk Tea which tasted absolutely fantastic. It had a great fresh mango sweetness that mixed perfectly with a rich coconut milk flavour, and there were tons of pieces of freeze dried mango, coconut pudding, and mini tapioca pearls all throughout the drink, so they don't cheap out on their ingredient portions and you definitely get bang for your buck. My drink was ready really quickly too, it took less than 2 minutes for me to be in and out! I'll be ordering it again next time I come here. The price was a little high at almost $10 for the drink after taxes and tipping but I think it's worth it as an occasional treat. It was overall a great experience and drink!

Ordered the Dahongpao tea yesterday with my gf but unfortunately the pearls were significantly undercooked as they were hard to chew.

It had been pretty annoying that they keep messing up the sugar level of my drinks.It happens to me more than 50% of the time and I feel like it’s completely unacceptable for a bubble place to repeat this mistake.

Brown sugar milk tea =no brown sugar at all and undercooked pearls. Overpriced for such low quality.

Ridiculous pricing for sub-par drinks. Coco, ShareTea and even Chatime are within vicinity, better and cheaper. The decor and shop was nice, and I had heard good things about this bubble tea brand, but was ultimately disappointed.

bad service, long waiting.I ordered online for pick up. I still had to wait for another 20min in the store after the system told me my teas are ready for pick up! I waited total 45min to get two bubble tea!! Wasting my time! I'll never have it!!
