Took my hockey jersey in for cleaning. When I took it out of the plastic bag to put it on, I noticed the chest crest was wrinkled and the crest had holes in it. So I phoned and then took the jersey to the store, not angry, not loud, not aggressive. The owner and two staff members were present. First ,the owner said sweat must have ruined it; my response, A hockey jersey? " Second

Local dry cleaner that does premium service. I brought in two suit jackets and another full suit, all of which had considerable wear, blotches, dirt, and stains on them. All items looked like new when I picked them up. Owner, Larry, is a Lethbridge gem and sage. Support local!

Sorry, seemed a little more expensive than I was expecting. Pressed (not cleaned) two suits and steamed 3 felt coats and it was $115. I feel like that’s kind of steep for just pressing. Maybe I’m out to lunch here.....what do I know...

Got my wedding dress cleaned here and they did a fantastic job! They got all the dirt out of the train and didn't damage any lace at all. Paid $260 which is a little pricey but to be expected with all the lace and details on the dress.

I have no knowledge of dry-cleaning or high-end clothes care. I went in to ask about whether I’d need to get a jacket dry-cleaned, and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. They educated me all about how leather needs its own special kind of care, and even though they themselves didn’t have the facilities for it, they recommended a few different options with extra info about what I could expect. Really showed that they care about the customer above all else, I was able to ask questions and they answered them all, and tried to help me out every way they possibly could.
