After 5 years of filling our scripts here, suddenly the pharmacist announced that they would no longer refill until literally the day that the previous was fully used, despite the law allowing for refills at 10 days and all previous refills being fine. They argued with us, then finally “conceded” by not giving the full amount of the refill without telling us.Sadly it’s not the first time we’ve had unprofessional, inconsistent and generally rude behaviour from staff at this pharmacy, we’ll be going elsewhere now.

Called to order my prescription by phone and the person on the line was so rude. He said my prescription was over yet the previous time no one had let me know. He was not willing to call my doctor or give me 1 box of birth control so i can call myself later in the month. I called another jean coutu and he was more than happy to help me out this one time.

Very unprofessional service at the pharmaceutical counter. After waiting outside with my dog for over 45 minutes in plus 30 degree weather for a phone call from pharmacist, went inside and was told the order had been ready for a long time. No phone call was made, pharmacist disregarded the fact that I waited 45 minutes and was not at all professional. In the end, pharmacist wouldnt give me my prescription due to a detail that could have easily been communicated to me in the first place. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate of clients time, would not reccommend. In particular, a worker named Chaima was extremely rude and insensitive.

Horrible service at the pharmacy...I was with them for 9 years and something drastic has changed in the last 2 years...this is the second time they forgot to process my prescription in the last year, and even after having me wait for an hour, they didn't even have enough customer service skills to apologize. I will be changing my pharmacy and I highly suggest you avoid them too.

Do not get film scanned here, go to a photo shop. Learn from my mistakes! Requested digital copy and didn't get it, so now need to scan my own photos. Wait time is extremely long. Almost two weeks to develop a disposable camera is ridiculous.

Mixed reviews about my local pharmacy:The pharmacy counter staff is totally execrable, yet the pharmacists are usually resourceful and informative.The cosmetics staff is kind and the selection is vast.I would not recommend taking passport photos at this location as mine turned out a bit grainy...This pharmacy also has a Canada Post counter and the staff is lovely.Everything else is fine; good selection and I always find what I need.

Horrible service. Unprofession pharmacy staff. The blond skinny pharmacist is condensending to the staff and to the clients. It give a bad reputation to other professionals.
