This home hardware is a lot cleaner than most of the ones I have been in. Well stocked. Cashier was very friendly, but the supervisor that she had to as a question to was very short with her. Did not seem like it was warranted as the cashier was training. Nice place, just need to work on supervisor professionalism

Bought bifold doors for a closet .I got the last ones in stock in that style .I paid and my handy man picked them up ..Brought them over to install couple days later ..Well they were the wrong ones ..I went to home hardware and sure enough they sold the ones I bought ..They didn't seem to care at All !!This is not the first time I've ordered from them ...Bought a metal shed in 2020 ..Had it delivered ..Again my handy man came put it all together ..many many screws and time for my guy to put it together...WRONG SIZE ..THEY SENT THE WRONG ONE !!!They wouldn't do a darn thing ..Oops they saidNothing we can do when it's put together already ..Hate that place

We have been shopping here ever since we moved to High River in 1990. We always find what we need and if something isn't in stock, it is ordered for us promptly. I also like that I can order something online and then pick it up in the store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is clean and has easy access. Even if I just buy a small bag of nails or of little bits and bobs, I have always been treated with respect. Any hardware related questions, like how to install what I'm buying, are answered in a way that I can easily understand. One of my favorite stores in High River.
