Zito is said to have excellent customer service, Well this is not my experience. It takes a long time for anyone to answer the line, when you get someone to help, they are not thrilled to do so.Sure covid has interrupted everyone's life but the world still turns and we adjust. Zito has a 24/7 text line for help that's a joke. It started out with prompt reply then nothing. When I informed Zito half of thom I sopke with had no idea there was a text for help line.Cheap rates for internet but you get what you pay for.Find another company to give your business too

Zito media put a voicemail on my phone, without notifying me. I had 40 messages that I had no idea about until I got a new phone that told me “you have voice messages on this line”. So surely I can call customer service and resolve this issue and have voicemail removed. January 12, I called to have voicemail removed, the next day, they disconnected my phone. I called back and customer service rep said “we can’t actually separate voicemail from the phone line, so we will let it ring forever and the voicemail won’t pick up”. OK, a week later I still don’t have a phone line, and calls go straight to voicemail. call 3rd time, apology after apology, gave me a new ticket number. The 4th call, today 1/28, I still don’t have a working landline, and calls go straight to voicemail. I asked to speak with a supervisor and the little girl named Kayla gets defensive and says “don’t be rude I’m trying to help you”, and claimed there was “no supervisor available”.They act like they are the only phone company and we are at their mercy.Each time you call customer service, you get a new story.If you like story telling, this is the company for you.ZITO may look like a good deal, but it will cost you! You will *pay* for the *privilege* of their service.(The only reason they get one star is because I can’t give them no stars)

Absolute joke. Join the modern world. This service is worth less than the cables it's built on.

Had the internet service for the month, sprung for the gig" speed. Usually the complaint would be I'm not getting anywhere near the speeds advertised

Trash. Avoid at all costs. You've been warned.

the service comes off an on all day long. their phone bill pay system doesn't work, it keeps saying that you haven't entered the 10 numbers, and there are no people to talk to when you call the number

Worst ISP ever. They should not be allowed to sell their service to anyone. 60% speed guarantee is a joke. I am rarely able to reach half speed for what I'm paying. Every night speed gets so bad, I can't even make phone calls. Customer service goes thru the same script trying to fix the issue and ultimately sending a ticket to a local technician who just performs some adjustments remotely and in a day or two service is back to unbearable. Horrible company, service, technology, and management. Pathetic!

Fast and reliable. The customer service is great as well. The installer in Friday Harbor is quick and knowledgeable.
