Watts Lights

Watts Lights have been fantastic to work with. I've had Gemstones before but decided to get a quote from Watts as well when we moved into our new home. Watts was more competitively priced so we took a chance and I'm so glad we did. The quality is the same as Gemstones for the lights themselves. The Gemstones app is a bit better, but it's still pretty user friendly. What really knocked it out of the park for Watts is the great customer service. Andrew and his team are awesome.

My wife and I are very happy with our new lights! The team arrived on-time to install and kept us up-to-date on the progress, etc. The finished product is amazing! We are thrilled to be able to showcase these beautiful lights on our house! There are plenty of lighting patterns, presets and colours to choose from. We'd highly-recommend to anyone looking for permanent exterior lighting!

The lights are beautiful and fun and blend seamlessly into our home! I had previously left a poor review because of a connectivity issue. The Watts team was very responsive and helpful with diagnosing the issue we were having. Very happy with the service :)

We love our lights, so much!! The staff are all lovely to deal with, and the prices are super competitive compared to other quotes. The app is great, and seems super user friendly. I am obsessed with the various presets. These are not just for holidays, the white lights look amazing year round.

Overall I am satisfied with the lights and their service though because of the weather the installation was delayed some. The lights are good and can be customized and scheduled well. There are so many pre-sets, still I hope they can provide more creative animation patterns.

I had lights installed to both the front and back of my home via Watts Lights.We did run into lengthy delays getting the first set of lights installed due to the number of orders they had and the cold snap in December.The lights look great installed. The app is relatively easy to use.We ran into some issues throughout the process - some poor communication with the initial install date, app being glitchy. Once any issues started I just began dealing directly with Ashton.What I appreciated was he didn't throw excuses my way - he just acknowledged the issues and that they're things he's working in rectifying. The app glitch issues others have commented on. It sounds like there is a lot of work going on to fix this although again, they were able to walk me through fixing the issues over the phone.All in all - the lights look good, the price is good, and as a young company they seem to be actively listening to issues raised by customers. I can appreciate this and have recommended them to friends.

We used Watts lights instead of Gemstone because of price and a good sales person/pitch that came to our house. I now wish I would have paid more money for a quality product. I have issues with customer service/support and the app. They have been pleasant when I explain my concerns but nothing has been rectified. We live in Sherwood Park l. They have tried to help but I keep running into roadblocks. I’m to the point of call the Better Business bureau and logging a complaint.

*** UPDATED ***Issue caused by recent update - wasn't aware of the impact it had on their customer base. Their tech guy was able to troubleshoot over the phone and all is back to normal and enjoying the lights again. Considering the impact the update had I now understand why the delay in getting the issues resolved.Lights were great when they were working. There was a recent app update and since the update the lights just stay on permanently. Have absolutely no control over them. Tried contacting Watts several times but they are as unresponsive as my lights. No customer service at all. Very disappointed.
