Kazakh Service Centre
I contacted the Kazakh Service Centre in January 2023. The CEO named Xeniya Kameneva was very hostile in her emails. I asked a legit question but, instead of kindly answering it, she scolded me on how to read properly. I find such an attitude towards potential clients (or anyone in fact) unacceptable. Living in Canada for more than 30 years I have never encountered such an unprofessional and rude service". Needless to say

The receptionist is extremely rude and does not even allow you to finish your question. Does not help at all and tells you to refer to the website or call the embassy instead. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Dear Kazakh Service Center team!Great thank you for your amazing service! I needed to authentify documents to be used in Kazakhstan. All process took less than a month. Xenia provided very clear instructions and informed promptly about the next step. All my questions were answered via e-mail within an hour regardless days, evenings or weekends. I Just called to this service centre and the customer service was too poor, the lady whom I spoke to was too rude. I just wanted to ask her a question about Uzbek visa center, because on google I found this number for Visa services of Uzbekistan in kazakh centre. But the lady who was in charge of customer service behaved too impolite.
