Had a great experience with Markham Mazda! I found a couple of used cars I was interested in, and had reached out through their website. Within hours, Arjun had contacted me and was flexible with my appointment. He was incredibly helpful and honest. He took his time in taking me through a options, without being pushy at all. From there, the entire transaction including my trade in (which I was offered a fair value for) went incredibly seamlessly. This is not my first time trading in and purchasing a used car from a dealership, so I know these transactions are not always this smooth. While Arjun was very pleasant to deal with, every other staff member we had to deal with here was also very helpful and easy to speak with. Very much recommend Markham Mazda, and a big thanks to Arjun for his top notch customer service!

I was totally sure about the car I wanted and was looking for quotes from various dealers near me. Most of them reminded of the stereotypical car salesmen trying to sell me more stuffs and subscriptions but not a car. One even tried to sell me Costco rewards. All I wanted was a car, thats when I reached out Markham Mazda which is 50km away from my current home and I was a quoted for just a car like I wanted and was dealt with straight. The sales consultant Arjun helped me get a car without any troubles while delivering the product exactly as I wanted in the timeliest way. Expecting good service support in the future. Although service is polite and thorough, when I received my vehicle after having it serviced, the carpet, interior mats, brake and accelerator pedals on the drivers side were covered with mud. When I inquired about it I was told it is to be expected because it's raining". Ummm... no that is disrespectful. I keep my vehicle neat and tidy and that to me is unacceptable! Would not recommend this Mazda!"

I recently bought vehicle from Markham Mazda and frankly I was a bit disappointed. There was lack of communication with zero updates on vehicle and no proper guidance or checklist of documents or things required. I had to follow up number of times and still did not get hold of them. My sales agent was changed number of times and no one gave any information to me. It was when I followed up I got to know. There were lot of little things that have big impact on customers that were not taken care of as it should. It was not the experience I expected. I certainly would not recommend.

We bought our Mazda cx30 from Markham Mazda. Our experience was excellent. Especially we were very pleased to get the car delivered within 2 months when the wait period has reached to 6-8 months for others.Arjun was our sales consultant throughout the process and he always gave us timely updates about our car from the time we ordered it till the day it was delivered to us. He also explained the different features of the car in details after handing over to us. It's been 2 weeks since we are driving this car and we are loving it. ☺️

I used to have above average experiences with the services dept, from service advisors to technicians and used to rate it to a 4-star rating, but with this update, I am downgrading Markham Mazda's services dept to a one-star (zero if I could!!). Here is the reason...I own and used to own all four generations of Mazda 3, in various body styles, all GT trims, and am very satisfied with how they handle and the easy manner to maintain, until the current Mazda3, a sedan with just about all the bells and whistles. It is for an inexplicable reason, one day the trunk lid just refused to open, not from the remote, nor the trunk lid switch, nor the driver side switch, it just won't open! So I took it to where I would trust to get it looked after because research told me it can be complicated.The first visit lasted less than an hour, the technician said it was the power trunk opener unit, but I told the service advisor ahead that I already tried to replace it with a brand new functioning one, and it didn't work. I was told to bring it to the shop for further diagnostics. I went home to bring the part back, a mere 20-minute trip later, the technician took the car in and said it was a body control module, a $700 part. At this point, I've already paid two times diagnostic costs. The parts person offered to find a usable used port for me for way less money.Long story short, it wasn't the body control module's fault either, and four trips and $700+ labor cost later, it was determined that somehow there was a short circuit on one of the wires (wrapped in the protective casing) that was causing the power unit not getting the electricity to open the trunk.I am not a certified auto mechanic, but when it comes to diagnosing electrical issues wouldn't you check power transmission first, and if the electrical parts are functioning rather than just gave a pull-out-of-thin-air diagnostic conclusion probably and very very likely not even checked result to cheat customer? Especially the power opener is a seemingly simple motor driven by electricity?Markham Mazda, you are BLACK LISTED!

READ BEFORE GOING HEREWent in to buy a used car and asked 3 TIMES why the car was making an odd sound. The salesperson, Arjun, assured me that he would have it looked at by a mechanic. Arjun claims the mechanic looked at it and said nothing was wrong. I went to my own mechanic for a second opinion, and he said it was an issue that would turn into something worse. I went in to speak about this with the Sales Manager (Jerry Chua), who proceeded to tell me I should have bought a warranty for an issue I had already pointed out. I told him to take liability for tricking a customer. When I tried to speak and let him know he was liable since they tricked me by saying a mechanic had signed off and theres no issues so if I noticed anything it was on me, he proceeded to shush me and when I spoke over him he kicked me out saying I was yelling. Will be reaching out to OMVIC and starting a case on both Arjun and Jerry
