We came in to view a property without a realtor and met Charmaine Fajardo of Andrea Tiopo Group there to show us around. She was very friendly, informative and was not at all pushy. In fact, she was happy to answer all the questions we had, and even went an extra mile in explaining some of the terminologies that we, as first time homebuyers, did not understand/was not aware of. She was genuine, not like any other realtor who is just after a sale. She was very honest about the property from the get go, which we appreciated so much, which brought us to the decision to ask her & her team to help us out with the purchase. She checked in on us on the regular about the process and was even kind enough to offer help finding us a lawyer, contractor for a quote, etc. She even gave us tips on what we should look for in a broker, should we decide to purchase another home later on. My husband and I are very happy to have worked with Charmaine & Andrea for the purchase of our home. I've decided to purchase my first home but don't really know where to start.
