I wish i could give a minus star to this doctor's office for the rudeness of his staff. Very very poor!

Was a little concerned after reading the previous reviews but my experience was good. Staff were polite and helpful. Medical staff were knowledgeable and interesting and the doctor was pleasant and explained things clearly.

On my 2nd visit with my mother for her test result, staff was nice today. Dr. explained nicely initially but when we were about to leave and my mother asked her one question about her anxiety if that could be an issue in her BP, Dr. was rude and said I know your readings and you can go please" This was so rude and insensitive. I agree their time is important but they should be polite and nice because of patients they earn so much money and reputation."

My mother went to this cardiologist and had the worst experience. This doctor is rude, insensitive and a waste of time. She made my mother sit across the room from her (even though there are so more covid protocols) and my mom could not even hear her. She was incredibly rude and when my mom refused a test which she had just recently done, Dr. Gosal told her “do not come to me until you do it.” Please ask your doctor to refer you to elsewhere this entire clinic is unprofessional and rude.

I agree, not only are her staff very very rude, but the Dr herself is too, not a place I will be going back to, they don't even deserve one star.

OMG receptionist was so rude. She even doesn't know how to greet the customers/patients. Avoid the place at any cost if you can. I'm not going again, I'll find another cardiologist in Surrey.

They have the worst receptionist. She hung up on me today because I wanted to cancel my appointment. The cardiologist herself isn’t that great either. Just pushing meds. Avoid.

This is One of the most unprofessional front desk I have ever seen. I Waited for 1 month to see the doctor and the day of appointment I am told that I'm not even scheduled for it. I would give 0 star If I had that option.

I have been taking my grandmother to her appointment. So on june 7 2018 she had appointment at 830 in the morning, which we were outside till alomst 9 am waiting for this doctors office to open, witch this doctors office should have already been open at 830 since that was her appointment but that was no the case. We waited almost a half hour before anyone had got there. Then after the lady had got there we had nothing but attitude and rudeness from the lady there. I am not impressed with this location. There is the reason that we should be treated like that, it was not like we were late and on top of that if we were late or couldnt make it we would have been paying a fee.
