Viktor responded promptly, quoted fairly and did a fantastic job on our clogged kitchen and bathroom drain! He even managed to fix a shower issue at the same time which we had not originally planned to fix in the same appointment!We will definitely call him again for all future plumbing needs! 10/10 recommend!

Viktor was very thoughtful about our issue with no hot water in our taps. He figured it out quickly and fixed it thoroughly. I was extremely happy with his timely service!

Had a badly clogged kitchen drain and leaking pipe in the basement at 10pm. I called several other large companies thinking it would be possible to get 24 HR SERVICE. Only got voicemail and said someone would get back to me. (Nobody did) Found 24Hours Plumber online and called and Viktor picked up the phone and said he would be there in 30 minutes. He analyzed the situation and gave us a fair price for the job and we are so happy he came. I will be using Viktor for any other jobs forthcoming and also refer to him to anyone that requires a courteous and professional plumber. Thanks again Viktor!!!

READ UPDATE UNDER:EXTREMELY RUDE. Called twice and got told I’m a rude way “no tomorrow after 11am” and got hung up on? What’s the point of advertising 24 hour plumbing but not be available. On top of that be RUDE as heck. Do no recommend.Update and reply below. —-vvvvvvvvvvvTrying to call me out for a private number is SO unprofessional and petty. Shows how this company deals with bad feedback and how it clearly made them emotionally instead of apologizing and owning up. Instead they want to LIE giving an excuse saying they were busy however on the call all I got was a “NO! Not open till 11am” and literally hung up before I could say anything. Didn’t tell me they were busy or anything, was just rude for no reason. I make a lot of views hence my local guide status and lvl, all honest reviews you can check my profile. Who ever I was on the phone with was unprofessional and rude. Based on other reviews they have a history of being rude to customers and then gaslighting others. I will leave this review up because I’m warning others based on my experience. Im disappointed.. if you don’t like the review you should treat people better.

Nothing like a Sunday night emergency. Faulty toilet leaked through to the lower level and was dripping from the ceiling causing mass hysteria in the family. More importantly, Viktor arrived on the scene in a very professional manner and provided the necessary service to assess and address the issue.Viktor didn’t take advantage of an emergency call and I paid what was quoted.Will use viktor again for sure. Had a serious leak in the plumbing around the water tank and had to shut off the water for the night. The next morning reached out to Viktor at 24 Hours Plumber and his prompt response was much appreciated! He analyzed the issue, provided a solution and offered very valuable advice in the process.
