My first visit and you are not rushed and everything explained in detail felt very comfortable and confident going in for more sessions. I would recommend this establishment to friends and family for any physiotherapy needs. Very happy it was recommended to me .

Manpreet is like a miracle worker. After suffering pain following a hip replacement, she diagnosed me with bursitis...nothing to do with the surgery. From there, she worked with ultrasound, massage & suction and provided me with exercises to do twice daily. Within a few weeks, I am now walking normally, without the limp and pain. We are so fortunate to have her in Almonte.

I had my initial assessment today and Manpreet went through my condition thoroughly, made an assessment of the causes and explained them to me. She gave me some exercises to start with (and videos of how to do them were also sent to my e-mail so I can ensure I do them correctly). Very professional and courteous. I have been to lifecare physiotherapy due to stiffness in neck... I was well attended by Mr Simranjeet Singh and had a physiotherapy session by Dr Manpreet Kaur... She is very intelligent and has sound knowledge of her subject... i highly recommend this clinic to everyone...

I recently completed a suite of physiotherapy at Lifecare and I couldn't be happier with the care and service. I was offered options in the treatment plan which were explained very clearly. I felt cared for in each session and the outcome was quite positive. The homework" exercise plan gave me something that I can use to continue to improve. Bookings options worked well with my schedule and automated reminders worked flawlessly. Everyone that I encountered was very nice! Thanks for the help!"

Manpreet, my physiotherapist is awesome! Not only did she supply me with exercises to do at home, but she also sent me a link to watch the exercises on video to remind me how to do them properly, and to track my progress in terms of pain and actually doing the exercises. This system is very motivating as doing exercises at home is not my favorite pastime; it also kept me accountable for my own progress. LOL. Manpreet was the first therapist to help me be free of pain for a substantially long period of time. And that is saying a lot since I had a really serious car accident in 2015 and I was always in chronic and sometimes excrutiating pain in my neck, shoulders, lower back, wrists, and hands. I had well over 200 physiotherapy sessions in the first three years after my car accident by 2 other physiotherapists.... but I was never free of the pain. And then Manpreet came to the rescue after I moved to Almonte from Toronto. She uses medical-grade stainless steel blades (no they are not sharp) to work on the myofascia layers so that they relax. This is a relatively new physiotherapy modality which really works. With this modality, together with active physio treatments, a diligent at-home exercise regime, heat, and the tens machine, Manpreet was able to increase my mobility and reduce my pain to the point that I was almost not aware of it anymore. With multiple injuries it took a while for the magic to happen. For me, it took several months. But she did it! I go to Manpreet whenever I have flare-ups in pain. No drugs needed!!! Just a really good physiotherapist. I couldn't be happier. And as a bonus, Manpreet and her staff are very personable and friendly. What more can you ask? Without hesitation, I highly recommend Manpreet for anyone who needs physiotherapy.

I met with Manpreet for an initial assessment. Manpreet was very nice, professional, and thorough in her work. Lily at the front desk was also very nice and professional. I was provided great information to get started and I am really looking forward to follow up appointments to continue the journey.

Manpreet is an excellent physiotherapist. She takes the time to explain everything very well and ensures you are comfortable with the entire procedure. She puts me at ease, has a lovely manner about her and is clearly very knowledgeable in her chosen field.
