Person on the phone was helpful and assisted me in determining what I needed.Buddy behind the counter wasn't very helpful and tried his damndest to make me feel like an idiot for not knowing everything.Having managed businesses myself I alwaysade an effort to help the customer figure out what they need regardless of how little they know.Seeing as they came to you (the professional) to buy your products.Next time they will go elsewhere.I'd hope you're the owner, otherwise if not the owner should reconsider having you around.

Fully Rebuilt two cylinders for me that got accidently destroyed by an unnamed individual (Neighbour). No easy feat as I knew they were 50+ Year Old Cessna Obsolete cylinders on my Massey Ferguson Loader. Surprise, Surprise, Island Hose Resurrected them.Machinist was a Pro, and I was able to speak with him in person. The 'chick' out front (I know your name) knew more then me, and I've been in the 'mechanical' industry for 30 years. She whipped me up a custom hose within minutes, fit like a glove. , No BS, I'm back working. You get what you pay for right. Thanks Boy(s) and Girl, Asset to the Cowichan Valley for sure. A1, A+++

I should have written this review ages ago, but it's better late than never.I was very impressed with the service and care.They definitely went above and beyond for me by dropping off my power steering hose to my work because I wasn't going to make it in before they closed.I highly, highly recommend them for their excellent work and incredible customer service!
