Uncle Tom’s Burgers
I stopped by there last year after reading some of the reviews. My experience was less than stellar. The burger was not very palatable and the fries were worse. Very greasy and tasted like old burnt oil. I won’t waste my time and money there again.

Uncle Tom’s Burgers
We ordered the chicken bacon wrap, grilled cheese with bacon melt, garlic fries, gravy, and ice cream. The fries met the minimum requirement of being crispy and garlicky and the gravy was better than average. We finished everything we ordered except for a handful of fries. The wrap came flushed with bacon and cheese along with one whole real white meat chicken patty. Highly recommend if you’re in this area. The service was also friendly.

Uncle Tom’s Burgers
I've been wanting to try Uncle Tom's Burgers for a while and I'm glad we finally made the trip from Brandon! The restaurant is an unassuming food truck equipped with a porch and countertop seating in the parking lot of a car wash. There are also four picnic tables (two with umbrellas, two in the shade). The person taking our order was cheerful and friendly with everyone. The food came out quicker than I expected, and I enjoyed the Tom Teen Burger with a strawberry milk shake. The homemade fries were exceptionally delicious but the garlic fries were even better, in my opinion. I appreciated the variety of other menu items, including the patty melt that my boyfriend ordered—which I might have to get next time!

After reading rave reviews elsewhere we decided to try this place out. It’s worth the drive. The mushroom burger is stunningly good and the homemade fries are spectacular. The milkshake was pretty good too.

Uncle Tom’s Burgers
Having driven this country from coast to coast, this little burger joint has become my favourite roadside stop since discovering it last summer. Haven’t tried everything on the menu yet, but there have been no disappointments so far. Those big, juicy, hand made patties will always make me drive an hour out of my way on every trip east.
