If you want first-class customer service along with quick and excellent repair, Kal Tire is the place to go. Adam Donnelly (The Assistant Manager) was extremely professional and friendly. I had a slow leak in the Tire. I was in and out in 15 mins. Thanks to the wonderful team at Kal Tire. Cheers.

Hi,My name is Dave Walsh and I have been meaning to send this for a bit now, but time has flown by.I just wanted to take a moment to thank the team on Main St, in Hamilton for such an excellent experience in the change over of my tires.A friend of mine had recommended the place to me as my previous mechanic, who I had gone to for years, had retired.I pulled up to the parking lot and as I was getting out of the car I was pleasantly greeted by Adam, who took some details of the car and ask me what he could do for me. I told him that I needed the tires changed over, and from there it took very little time to have me on my way. I was truly amazed at how quick the team was and also how painless everything was. I barely had enough time to make myself a coffee and I was on my way.Thanks again! Amazing service, I will definitely be back again and would recommend!Dave

They are the best. Very accommodating and kind staff. Manager is also amazing. Just called in with an emergency (towing situation) knowing well that it would be difficult to fit me in at the last minute but they said they’ll try to fit me in and help me. This is what customer service is about! You can’t go wrong with Kal tire Main Street hamilton. Thanks!

What a great experience!! Dropped in as I had a slow leak in my tire that my dealership couldn't find. So I thought I'll go to the experts. They were able to take me and had the tire swapped with my spare in about 10min. I told them as it's the holiday weekend, keep the tire. Well, they were able to figure out the issue with the tire and get it fixed in about an hour. My dealership is going to be so embarrassed when I tell them, lol. Anyways these guys are top notch. I went back, they swapped my tire, checked the pressure on the others and were all around lovely. I highly reccomend these folk. Definitely amazing customer service pros!! Great job guys and Thanks!! I'll be back when it's time to buy new tires for sure.

Terrible customer service!The person at desk was blunt and uncongenial. They completely made us feel like we were an inconvenience to their day. While we were waiting for our vehicle we over heard them ridiculing another client, while both coworkers were standing at the front desk. It was uncomfortable and we felt it was very disrespectful as we were waiting to pay for our experience. This wasn’t my first unpleasant experience at Main Street Kal tire. unfortunately we had to return for this second time because it was the closest one in our area, and exactly the same experience as the first.As a strong advocate for the crown point community I will not be supporting or suggesting your business to others in the community.

Had a Screw in My Tire on A Saturday Afternoon. I Stoped in here Near Closing Time and They Fixed My Tire on My Car No problem. Stoped in a Week later And got a New Set of Tires for The Same Car. The Service Manager is very Pleasant and Represents Kal Tire in Very Professional Way.Large Waiting Room . Well Worth a look if You Need New Tires.

Amazing experiance with this place... first time I had ever been, lowered my 2017 civic and could not get a shop that could get me in withing reason, or one that would even handle camber arms and lowered specs. This shop I called not even expecting to get me in that min. Asked if I could get it in withing the next day, they were on it on the phone offered for me too come right then if it worked knew exactly what I was asking for and didn't act one bit hesitant too it, I felt like my car was in good hands right from the phone call and I'm nervous with anyone touching my car. Then I can truly say I wish I got too thank the mechanic that handled my car and got a name to review here. He was thoroughl and careful handling my vehicle and got it done within absolutely reasonable time. Very happy and would recommend and bring my other vehicles that way again!! Thank you!!

Very pleasant experience at this location as a 22 y/o female!Brought my 4 year old Mazda 3 in to plug 2 slow leaks, oil change and alignment and received a text 1h 40m later when my vehicle was ready, very quick service on Wednesday morning (would recommend booking appointment online/phone during a week day).I knew beforehand that my tires and brakes are soon due for a replacement (confirmed by their vehicle report) however they did not push any additional services and products on me at checkout which was greatly appreciated.Front desk was cordial, cost was fair & I will likely return for future tire needs!
