I would recommend OK tire to anyone that’s having vehicle troubles I called the same day and got in!! They replaced my flex pipe and also fix something else that was wrong with my vehicle on the same day !!!!! great customer service fairly priced ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly highly recommend it !!!!

Overall i like their work done but i think i was over charged when i talk to other mechanics considering the parts were mine and they just have to install it.

One shop just couldn't finish the job. Neil not only correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it fast for an absolutely fair price.I really, really appreciate getting my car back fixed at the 11th hour on a long weekend. Definitely will be back

The folks at OK Tire went the extra mile for myself and husband. when we went to get our brakes done there knowing we had some other work that needed to be done, they gave us great advice, a better price than even the dealership had quoted us for and the best thing was that we knew we weren't getting the run around. We knew weren't getting over charged and thats what counts. Trustworthy, friendly and knowledgeable. I must definitely would recommend OK TIRE.

Went for to get my ac refreshed and a plug in my tire. They were good. But I wished I would have known the cost before they did the work.. kinda got blind sided with the cost

I dropped my car off at 7:30 AM to have a leaky tire patched up and left the car with them all day, and they never did the repair. When I picked it up at 4 pm, they hadn't touched my car. I had to drive home still with a leaking tire. I even called them twice throughout the day to confirm that they would have it completed when I pick it up, and they guaranteed that they would. They should've been straight up and told me they can't do it so I could take it somewhere else.

I recently brought my car in for a wheel alignment. They were one of the few places in HRM that offered a before and after printout. After the alignment, some specs were out and my steering wheel was off center slightly. I asked for a second alignment but the tech refused citing not having the right tools for my make of vehicle. The shop offered a full refund. Though I did not get the result I was looking for, the shop was very quick and courteous with the work. I was surprised at the refund and think it was pretty honorable of them to do that. I do not have bad things to say about this shop.
