Sausage making class. Amazing class . Very well thought out . Informative . Aaron kept the class engaged. He was thurough and full of Knowledge. Enjoyed it. Would recommend anyone who wants to make homemade sausages.staff there were so very friendly . Alot of products to get you started and continue for years to come .

I have to say...WOW! I got word from a couple of my friends about this place and since I'm just starting to make my own sausage, I decided to pay them a visit. Three extremely friendly and helpful ladies helped me out from the minute I walked in until I walked out. They were very knowledgable about all the equipment, spices and other products. They even helped explain the different tastes that each product produced when adding it to meats. I still have a lot to learn about making different kinds of sausage, but now I know exactly where to go. Will definitely make this my shopping destination from now on even though it's a long ways across town for me!

My grandfather has been coming here for the last 30 years to buy products for making Hungarian sausage at the Hungarian church (St. Elizabeth’s) downtown, twice a year, and has always been satisfied with the service and quality of the products! I have been coming with him for the last 5, and the service has been always exemplary!The quality of the products is second to none. I know this because I have been eating the result of the products since I was a boy, and I have never had anything better! Every time I’ve ever introduced my friends to the sausage they could never get enough! So that says enough of the raw ingredients that High Caliber Products delivers!

I love this store. The service is best. They put on great courses. They have everything you need and lots of helpful hints on making stuff. The only place I go for all my equipment and supplies.

I ordered the 20 lb sausage stuffer online. I received the order in reasonable time and it arrived in great shapeThe manual sausage stuffer worked like a charm and was simple to load and operate, as well as easy to clean. We pressed over a 100 lbs of sausage without a problem.Will definitely be back to the online store, and likely drop by the physical store next time I'm through Edmonton or Calgary.

This place is awesome! I just took one of the sausage making classes and it was great. The instructor (Mark Miller) is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions. The training session was very hands on and we even left with a package of each type of sausage we made in the classroom. The training is great because they use products available in the store so it makes the decision making very easy. All staff were great and very friendly.There selection of product was excellent.
