We've had a great relationship with Warren and the staff at Sniders. Always friendly and goes out of the way to help us out. Throughout Covid, they've gone out of their way to make sure everything is safe, clean and easy to access. I've needed strings multiple times on short notice and they've always been there for us. No need for ordering online, waiting 3 hours, and then heading to the shop. Just give 'em a call and show up 5 minutes later! In times like these, we need smaller shops like this to serve our communities. Keep up the good work

They don’t even greet you with a “Hi can I help you with anything today?” They really just expect you to do all the talking for some reason. The guy at the front desk was not very friendly but he recommended a good ukulele for me. I’m very satisfied with my ukulele despite the mediocre customer service.

Most of the teachers are great. A few are lacklustre. The rock band program is really good, and produces good performances at their performance nights that are held every few months. Fair prices on instruments and equipment, but most of the instruments are entry-level"

Warren Snider threatened to physically assult me in order to refund my money. He says he's a 6'5" 230lb man". AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!! Especially if you're a woman. Feels like a dangerous place."

Warren Snider threatened me with physical assault because I left a negative review. He said he's a 6'5 230 man and also refused to give a refund without desiring to see me in person to physically assult me. This mamoth of a man should be scary for all women. Glad I got my mom out of this "school".Avoid this "school" at all costs. The staff are rude and the owner physically threatens his customers. I was threatened with physical assult 2 different times by Warren Snider. Who know what this man is capable of--big guy

Great service and lessons. Some reviews here say they are rude, these r consoomers who are used to being like treated like gods just cuz they are customers. This is not a gross corpo music store. You got regular people behind the counter who will help u if u ask and leave u to ur business otherwise

Buyer Beware. If you are considering lessons, read the terms and conditions carefully. Research your potential instructor thoroughly Lbecause once you purchase a package, no refunds no transfers. They will offer you store credit only.After dealing with them I called Long and McQuade to get a comparison on lesson terms and conditions. There you pay for what you use.Sure, it’s convenient in the neighborhood but that’s about it.

The staff are really easy-going. My young kids actually enjoy playing the piano and I think it's because Dan Rusic is such an amazing teacher, one of the best. Evan Ritchie's drum lessons are fantastic. We had Glen run a ukulele party at our house (for 9 7yo kids) which turned out really well. Definitely recommend.
