I liked the workers there, they were very nice.My nails are ok, the tops are a little crooked.It felt like my nail tech was new or something she looked a little confused. It also took an hour and a half for just a fill.I paid $20 extra for jewels and within a day half of them are already off so I’m not sure if my nail tech secured them on properly. I don’t do much with my hands so it just doesn’t make sense why they fell off so fast.

I enjoyed my first real manicure and was impressed by the amount of work that goes in to a very stunning yet simple appearing creation. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definately be going back!

The owners and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Observing their interactions with regular customers shows they remember each person and their preferences. My nails were finished quickly and efficiently (no chicklets on the end of my fingers!) The pedi was both soothing and invigorating. I will be returning on a regular basis.

Very professional! And spoke English so you can have a conversation with the lady's. I recommend getting your nails here she did a fabulous job.

Everyone there is so nice! Linh did my nails, she was so thorough and gentle! So was the guy who took off my shellac, super gentle. Fantastic job!!

Lynn and her beautiful team are the absolute best!I feel like I'm hamming it up with my gfs everytime I visit them! Such an amazing group of ladies who are incredibly talented! Lynn, the owner, always is such a glowing individual who takes pride in her work and her name, and for good reason! Perfectionist to a T!! Doris is a nail art genius!! Never will you find someone local who can manipulate a nail bed into a work of art! They book up quick for a reason! Oh and really good price point too! Tell em I say hi when you go! Gems of Aldergrove!

Excellent customer service! I was a walk-in and they were busy but within a few minutes they had me sitting down doing my nail and fixed the one I broke earlier on in the day. Very professional and made sure I wasn't in any pain with that particular nail as they fixed it. I will definitely go back.

Love!!! They are all amazing , just show a picture and you will walk out with nails exactly like it! Quality is great, most of the time my nails last 4 weeks! They use top of the line product and always are super informative on cost and what to expect! Highly recommend!
