Lisi installed hot water baseboards in my townhouse and my neighbours townhouse. They installed exposed hot water piping, used duct tape to hold the baseboard louvers in place and used a piece of wood to support the pipe inside the baseboard. They have claimed that the installation is acceptable and was done in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. I have a small child in my house and the exposed piping creates a burn hazard. The baseboard fittings are not secured and fall off the wall. The entire installation is hokey and not up to the quality one would reasonably expect from a proper plumbing contractor.In person, they verbally told me all these issues would be fixed. Later, they emailed me and told me they would not be doing anything. I have subsequently contacted Lisi via email to fix this and they have ignored me. I will update this review if I manage to get a response from them.
