My experience with this company was poor. The expected time of arrival for this company was 10 a.m. however at 9 a.m. on Saturday I was texted by Antonio stating they will be late as they had not left Brampton to arrive at my address which was just over 2 hours away. They arrived at 12:17 p.m. Secondly upon the slow progression of emptying the truck at the new address I asked the workers to stop at hour 3 and I would do the remaining myself due to the length time it was taking for a one bedroom unit within a ten minute drive was going to take 4 hours.... To top off the experience I found a dirty shoe print as clear as day on my sofa seat. (image sent) ...Antonio did not acknowledge and in fact stated it was debris from the bottom of the truck floor.... I would not recommend given the unprofessional service I received.

Soft touch moving Inc was very professional, kept communication throughout and Cornell and Antonio did an amazing job. I moved from Toronto to Niagara falls and they made the move seamless. Highly recommend

Hiring these fellows for moving help was a good decision. They arrived early and got to work right away. They worked very hard, and carefully with my stuff and the building. It was all done quickly and efficiently. They were also very pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

I will use these guys in the future. They did an incredible job packing up the uhaul and truck to fit what we thought would be impossible.They worked hard and efficiently. I recommend them to everyone I know.They made the day far less stressful for us and I couldn’t thank them enough

I would never ever forget these horrible moving experience this company left for us. 3 absolutely unprofessional people showed up on the job site. No clue of how to move a simple sofa. They de-assembled our queen size bed damaged so many parts of the bed. Asking to pay for their gas price! Unloading our stuff in half an hour and charged for 2 hours! Didn't assemble the bed and told us that they will pay 60 cents per weight for the damaged parts! Lots of damages and scratches left on the wall as well.Without taking any responsibility left their work in the middle.they were Not even able to communicate with us in regards of how to claim for the damages that they made. Never ever recommending this company made of these 3 people only" to anyone!"

Antonio and his team provided great service! They were extremely professional and very helpful! They helped me moved to my new apartment. I will definitely use their service in the near future!

Antonio and Andrew did a great job. Showed up on time, ready to get to work and were a pleasure to be around. 10/10 would recommend would definitely hire again in the future

Antonio did an amazing job helping me to pack my U-Haul and unload everything several times during my move. He was professional, courteous, and strong enough to easily help move all of my home gym equipment. He showed up on time and had good communication prior to arriving. I will be using his service again and highly recommend him.
