Hope 4 life is a good place for your loved ones as their second home. Staff and management are amazing. They provide a safe nurturing place in the world for those who need it most.

Good amenities, relaxing place, and a bunch of friendly co-workers. When I signed up, it was solely for a quiet place to work.Made some good friends and have been inspired.

I find this agency, very dissatisfied. Took them a couple months to find my son respite worker. He was starting to cancel on my son last minute he did engage with him. Then my son got a new worker. We thought he was a good fit until he was constantly calling in sick to me, but not to the agency Showing up late or forgetting about it his visits. He also picked up a child on the same day as my son took him to a Clareview library. This little boy was screaming so instead of taking my son with him to bring this little boy back home he left my son at the library. My son is 7 years old. He was looking for him. He told my son to never tell me he left him at the library. He never engaged with my son. When my son was in the Lego program at the library he left my son in the room by himself and gone on the computer. I would give him activities to play outside, he brought him to the library. I call or email the agency days would go by and they never call or reply. I called on my husband’s number they answered. They were saying I didn’t want to pay for mileage which I didn’t have a problem. The problem was paying for the staff entrance fee because he never engaged with my son. I feel he called in sick numerous times because he didn’t like working with my son. My son didn’t like going with him ever. So unprofessional for this agency, helping families that they no longer wants to bother in helping our child because what is posted on their reviews. What is bad that this staff still working for the agency I feel for the families.

VERY GOOD TEAMVery fast paced environment. Everyday you learn something new on resident care and met new people and residents families. Management is easy to get along with and care for their employees and residents. Co-workers are a great team to work with and very easy to get along with. The most enjoyable part is knowing that at the end of the day you got to help someone that was for some way not able to help themselves and have the feeling that you made someone elses day better. I enjoyed working with Hope4life.
