Great classes. Beautiful space. Pretty good schedule, more Pilates please! Wish staff were a little friendly.. I've never had them say bye or ask how my class was. Also, infrared sauna has been very cool lately, 57 degrees.

Very rude and confusing customer service approach. They lectured me about the start time of the class (after my yoga class where I was supposed to I stress and relax) after communicating contradictory rules about the on time policies.

I have been advised to do yoga by my Doctor to aid recovery from a broken back. I visited the studio, as it is very close to my home, once to ask which class would be best for beginners and was advised to try a Hatha class. Today I decided to do my first class, however, I felt the girl at the reception desk thought I should be in a different class at a different location on a different day. I felt rather discouraged and decided to leave. I will look further afield and partake in classes elsewhere. I only gave one star as there is no option for zero stars.

First time @ this location (still miss the Highgate location. I hope yyoga would re-consider a location @ Burnaby now that BC has lifted most of the covid restrictions on indoor exercises). Free parking nearby. Studio located on second floor. Stairs and elevator available. Smaller space than the Kits studio and the former Highgate location. Clean nonetheless. Separate changing areas for men and women. The studio has 1 yoga room with floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the public library and northshore mountains.

This studio is pure magic. The vibe, the staff and the location are perfect! It has a lot of different classes options, sauna and changerooms and the whole experience is very sweet

The Good:It is clean. That’s about it.The Bad:Service is terrible. The studio has terrible vibes. The classes are overpriced. And just like someone else mentioned to me about YYoga as a business, their rules are unfair and uncompromising. My partner bought a package of classes from YYoga and because of personal health reasons, he could not practice. He emailed management, but it’s been months and they haven’t even responded.

I have recently done the thirty day challenge offered by yyoga. I went every day despite very overcrowded rooms. One evening I was extremely cold and uncomfortable because the class was held in the east room that was so overcrowded that my mat had to be placed in the entrance, with my warmed up body getting a very cold draft for the duration of the class.I decided to continue my challenge because I thought maybe this is a one off circumstance. Each class was very crowded, many times over maximum capacity. At the end of the challenge many of the patrons received a bonus 30 dollar gift card for completing the challenge. It was emailed to them. I did not receive the 30 dollar gift card. I decided to ask a supervisor about the gift card and the email that I did not receive, I was told that the head office would be contacted and they would send me the gift card so that I can use it toward my next purchase but they very quickly went back on their word and now are telling me that I cannot use it to purchase the month by month pass, I will have to wait and maybe when I receive the gift card I can use it next month.I am very disappointed in how unprofessional, deceptive and unfair the studio has been. I would not recommend this studio to anyone who wants to have a good yoga experience. Considering the premium expense of this studio, it certainly is not a premium experience.

I had a pass here before and loved that I could use it at the Lynn Valley location or Park Royal location. Lots of classes were offered here and it was great that I could often do a spin class and then a yoga class. Their online portal is quite easy to use. Changing room gets a bit cramped when there are lots of people there (during class change over time). They have free tea there for before/after class. :)

I was a regular at the Highgate YYoga location but because of COVID they were forced to shut down. Northshore is the next closest to me. I love the free parking. The instructors that teach there teach at other locations too. The studio itself is spacious. I loved the community at Highgate and I'm sure I'll love the folks at Northshore too.
