Great Customer Service. The staff understood my needs and was great in helping me to stick with my budget. I love that they choose to support Canadian companies instead of ordering foreign products for cheaper.

We were looking for parts to assist an elderly lady. Blinds Plus bent over backwards trying to find something that would work - even scoured their warehouse in Kelowna. This is the best service I have ever had from a service provider. Buy here if you need reliable service.

Best advice and service ever!Asked for help with repairing a legacy Hunter Douglas blind. Dustin came by to personally verify the parts required. Then Nelson came over and repaired it right on site. Very kind, and very resourceful. When we decide to update, we will be purchasing from Blinds Plus
