The UPS Store

I haven’t realized UPS existed near my home. But when I asked Canada Post lady for international express mail, she recommended this shop and I found that UPS offer faster, reliable, even better rate than Canada Post. The owner was very professional and patient throughout the shipping process. The shop provide passport photo, printing, mailbox services as well, one-stop office service. I used to go other places for those services because I never knew that, but definitely would like to recommend this place to Aurora people.

Great experience a this UPS location. Came in for passport photos and was very happy with the quick, professional service. I've also processed many shipments and the staff are great, even volunteering to jump in on some packaging I needed to do over the holidays.

Very happy to have found this UPS store! I sent a courier to an office that was closed and the owner went above and beyond to make sure my documents were returned promptly and safely. I also used their fax service a couple of times and it's been a wonderful experience every time. Professional services and reasonable prices. Highly recommend this UPS store!

The best service I have ever received. The store owner is so wonderful and kind. She made the shipping so easy and I trust in this UPS store with their knowledge and expertise. She was so welcoming and made sure everything met my needs. The prices are unbeatable and I felt so comfortable. I am only going to use this store for future courier and I recommend you do too!

The newly opened store is a welcoming site to the neighborhood. My visit to the store was a remarkable experience from the moment I entered the store. I was greeted with a big smile by the lady working there and she made sure that all my mailing concerns were answered and taken care of. I never knew UPS stores also had many other services for which I used to go to Staples. BTW I am writing this review because the store personnel gave me a pretty good idea when my parcel would be received and it did. Looking forward to my next visit to the store !!!

I shipped a watch as a gift to the U.S and did a cross comparison with 2 couriers companies before proceeding with UPS.1. The tiny box was not an issue for attaching a shipping label, the owner placed the box inside a poly mailer.2. The other courier would reject the item due to the watch batteryOutright, UPS was more expensive but factoring a bigger parcel size to essentially ship air in order to facilitate the shipping label at the other courier, I believe UPS would still come out as the more economical option. That's the practical side.The actual experience at this UPS location was wonderful. The owners walked me through each step, offered me a discount on the spot, and the truck driver who was picking up parcels even stayed to wait for my one measly parcel while I struggled to fill out the required forms. Everyone was super nice, helpful, and generous - with the discount and their time. The store was clean, tidy, well cared for. It feels like I'm supporting a mom-and-pop shop with the backing of a large company. Happy to have had this experience and will be going back to explore other services.

I can highly recommend the UPS Store 551 for both couriering and printing! I have worked with Shekar & Shobha for party invitations twice now and they have turned out so beautifully! They are so lovely to work with and I will certainly be back for more!

Highly Recommend this UPS location. We needed to get a passport picture for our 5 month old and the owner Shobha did an excellent job. Not only was she patient, but she was also very kind and courteous. Outstanding customer service! It's a breath of fresh air. I'll definitely be back.
