North Burlington Medical Centre

I have been here a couple of times and generally had a good experience. There is a bit of a wait but that is expected. I saw Dr. Brian Cameron each time and found him to be thorough and understanding.

I was really disappointed that I drove all the way across town as this was the only clinic open late on a Friday, and they chose to close 2.5 hours early. I will never go here again. Great job looking out for your patients.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt like I had to say something about this place. Other than being the only walk in clinic that is open on weekends, I cannot say any other good thing about this place. My partner was seen by one of the physicians in this facility, and her concerns were minimized. They were unprofessional and condescending. While trying to explain her symptoms, the physician took this as an opportunity to question my partner’s anatomical knowledge of the human body. My partner was complaining of prolonged symptoms of sinus infection. While making this known, the physician stated “do you even know where your sinuses are?” Instead of using this as an opportunity to educate, they chose to look down on one of their patients. They were dismissive and stated, “it is not a sinus infection.” Without assessing her nares or sinuses.I definitely do not recommend this place. If it is your only option because of a weekend, access with caution.

Needed medical attention, was turned away.Their hours state 8:30PM closing time. I called ahead at 8:00PM to make sure the waiting room wasn't overloaded because it had been at about 6:00PM when I went in person, and I couldn't wait for that long at the time. I waited until near to their supposed closing time, hoping it would slow down.This time, I was told No

Dr Lee is such a wonderful family Doctor! She is so approachable and kind. She takes the time to listen and acknowledge your concerns. I am grateful for the care she provides for myself and children. The staff are always pleasant!

waited months and months for a new Dr. Get a call that we need to be interviewed to see if we are a fit for the Dr.. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. The receptionists are always rude, can not tell you how many times they call out my personal information so everyone can hear it, even after asking to NOT do that. They have billed OHIP without providing treatment, forgot to set up appointment with specialist after repeated requests. While there are some nice Drs, I suggest you find another location. 1 star is not an accurate rating

This was our first time. My husbands had what looked like a strep throat and cudn't be seen today by our FD's office. This clinic is clean and neat and it's very well organized. All the staff and the doctor (Dr. Naji) were pleasant and professional. Thank you!Helen and Ed K.

Usually I don’t put reviews but I feel I have to say something about this place. I have family dr here and I met just one time and she said like regular physical checkup and I booked the appointment and I didn’t get any message or mail from them and when I came that time they said u don’t have any appointments and also they said like you don’t register over here and after 15 minutes they found my name and said like all wrong information like address and health card also birth of date and now they we give appointments after 3 months it’s like my time west . Very bad service

The atmosphere is great in both the walk-in clinic and the family practice. I became a patient at the family practice after visiting the walk-in clinic a couple of times. Wait times vary in the walk-in clinic, but the family practice is appointment only. Both groups of people that work between the clinic and practice are efficient, and caring. The doctors and nurses get to know you, are interested and ask questions about your life. They address and listen to concerns with care and are always willing to suggest solutions or a way to work together to create a plan for solution. I live in Hamilton, but I will continue driving to Burlington to come here. Truly a wonderful group of people!

Brought my son in who had been running a fever for 3 days . Sore throat aches, waited an hour . The doctor was pleasant enough , but dismissive had her mind made up it was probably viral . Her exam was too quick and she had to get on her toes to see my tall teen’s throat . I’m sure she didn’t get a good enough look . Here we are a week later and it’s strep. Poor kid missed a week of school , still sick and strep can be dangerous. Just do the damned rapid test . Poor care .
