I've been to this location 3 times with 2 different estheticians for waxing and everything has been great! Super friendly and professional staff who make it a comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend both Kelsey and Skyler.

I won’t be back. It was my first time there, and the girl didn’t bother to explain any of the procedures to me, nor did she tell me about waxing aftercare. It was also unsanitary, with her picking stuff up off the floor during the procedure, with the same gloves on that she touched me with. Then she wiped my skin in an unsanitary and unsafe way. Plus she burnt me with the wax.Not impressed at all.

Great service. Sara was wonderful. The place was impeccable. Friendly staff. My first time here, but won't be the last. March 21, 2022.Edit: I was here again today and this time for legs and bikini wax. Skyler was soooooo incredible and friendly and made me feel welcome and eased so many of my concerns (and insecurities). I have bumped up my rating because of her. March 26, 2022

I’ve been a long time customer at this location (as you can tell from other reviews their bikini waxing services are amazing) but was compelled to leave a review after trying a brand new service. This location has recently introduced facials and they are amazing! Typically my skin will be bothered by at least one product, but everything was so gentle on my skin. I entered the salon with very angry, dry skin and left feeling pampered and glowing. My service was with Kelsey (who I adore) but I would recommend any staff member as they are all absolute pros (and the kindest people you will meet).

I had my first ever appointment at Frilly Lily today and I had their new waxing technician Carly do my waxes. She made me feel so comfortable during the new to me experience. She was friendly and overall so professional. I never thought i’d laugh so much during a waxing appointment. 10/10! I also loved the boutique and had to buy a few things to treat myself after the wax :)

Got a pampering pedicure at Creekside location.Mary was great! She was so friendly and professional. She really took her time to make me feel relaxed and did an amazing job on my feet.It was my first time but will definitely come back.The place is super clean and very well decorated.

The lady who did my gel pedicure was very sweet but she did a terrible job. You can still see the base of my nail even after the colour had been applied with two coats. My nails were ‘shaped’ but they’re all uneven and the polish does not cover the entire nail. She used a scrub at the end and did not wash it off properly which left my legs and feet feeling grainy and sticky. I really wanted to love this business but I will not be going back. Unfortunate.

The experience was OK my waxer missed some spots Wasn't super impressed the one thing I really disliked was the open ceilings I feel like getting waxing done is a very personal experience and when the ceilings are open and everybody can hear you it just makes it really impersonal and uncomfortable for me.

I had a mani service with Mara. She was incredible! She was very friendly and was very professional throughout the service. My nails look incredible!Would definitely recommend this location and Mara in specific for any service.
