Belvedere Roofing Ltd.

Just wanted to voice my displeasure with the fact that this roofing company replaced the roofs in the complex (25 residences) however, just about five years and still under warranty, we noticed that our living room window was leaking so we inspected the roof and found that there was possibly a faulty installation 5 years ago. Belvedere took ownership of the fault and repaired the roof after several calls back and forth. My concern at this point is that since they have taken ownership of the fault, I feel that the damage that was caused inside my home by this should also be looked after by the roofing company. The owner, Omar let me know that they only do the repairs on the outside and have nothing to do with the inside even tho the outside fault caused the damage to begin with. They directed me to my insurance company which informed me that my premiums would go up because of the claim, nice to know that I have to either pay out of pocket to get the damage repaired or pay for the higher premiums because of the claim. Belvedere should either arrange with another company to get the interior work done or have us find a company to complete the repair and pay the costs but they have indicated that in no way are they going to be responsible for the interior repair. So that is why I am writing this to let other unsuspecting customers know what they are in for if they choose this company. BUYER BEWARE, should you have damage, you will be responsible for ALL interior damages.

Owner was quick to return my initial contact, came within a week to check the job and provide a quote. When we decided to go ahead, the job was completed within a week. The sub-contractors cleaned up after themselves thoroughly and the owner checked several times to make sure that we were satisfied with the work.

I received an estimate/ quote from Belvedere Roofing. It was thorough, accurate and most importantly the quote was very honest and the young man was enjoyable to work with ( Rider H). The time it took to get a a call back and have someone come out to see the job was fast and efficient. looking forward to working with this company.

ZERO STARS!!! I just called in to get some information about the company, their reputation, how long they have been in business etc ... So that I could make a decision on whether or not I was comfortable doing business with them and the person I spoke to was incredibly rude. The receptionist transferred me to someone named Dwayne. He didn't like that I was asking any questions and actually hung up on me. I was shocked! Not a great strategy to earn someone's business ... Definitely a great strategy to piss someone off enough to write a review!

I have done numerous projects with Belvedere and they are great to work with! Manley and Jeremy are good to their workers and will go out their way to help out if there are any issues.

They are currently (Sept. 2016) re-roofing Hudson Court, a large apartment building. They managed to spray tar all over the side of the building and the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies, including some personal property such as a bicycle, barbecue, and patio furniture.
