Very disappointed by my experiences here. Everyone makes mistakes but my issue was the condescending and presumptuous responses from the staff when the mistakes weren't even on my end. I eventually gave up trying communicate with them and went elsewhere, and won't spend further time after fruitless previous hours already spent.Be careful shopping here if you're not using CAD - if they make an error they may simply cancel before informing you (thus losing money with nothing to show for it).Of course after you've interacted with the site you'll be buried alive in their ads. You know: trying to get you to business with them... which is what you were trying to do in the first place!? (Used a different email from order for this review due to the above issue).(Note: these difficulties can't be blamed on the pandemic. I kept the emails as a reminder but by all means brush it off as spam.)
