Monica is rude. My machine was there for 6 months, they didn't have my correct phone number, wanted more money when I picked it up and there are pieces missing. The other machine I took there prior is still not working. Don't bother going there!!!

Just got my latest quilt back and it was quilted perfectly like always. Hands down my go to long arm quilter! The owner, Monica, is so helpful and so talented. I don't understand the negative reviews because she is super professional. I've been going to her store for years and never had a single issue. Can't wait to start my next project!

Quilting project incorporated heirloom fabrics from childhood blanket. The quilt’s front and back were quilted together misaligned, resulting in 4-inches of fabric meant to be in the quilt, now trimmed off. Compensation offered after negotiation; will not use again.

The woman there is rude and disrespectful. She looks and talks to you like you are stupid. Terrible service.I do not recommend going there.

Being a 35 year old male I am totally clueless when it comes to sewing. I wanted a one of a kind quilt for my son who is obsessed with fire trucks so I gave the owner Monica free rain on it and it came out way beyond my expectations. I will attach picture

I do not recommend this shop. The shop owner asked me 3 times in 5 minutes if I needed help and even interjected other customers to do so. I did not feel welcome there.

I'm a dissatisfied customer, I feel this quilting service did not provide the quilting service as expected. My quilt was returned with the backing misaligned/shifted, which now has a 1 gap in a corner of the quilt where the backing does not align with the front of the quilt. The owner did not take ownership of her work

Have driven by this store several times and now I'm kicking myself that I didn't go in sooner. Monica is extremely helpful and very friendly. Lots of variety of quilting fabrics and all the notions including beautiful batiks and If you can't see what you need she will look into ordering it for you. They also have classes and now carry cross stitch supplies. Definitely a great place for quilters.
