We, 3 ladies are from New York. My friend twisted her ankle and we went to the store to buy emergency medicine supplies. There was a gentleman who helped us a lot for the medicine and ankle wrap. Also he gave us a used crutch, my friend can use is to go to YVR. Just want to say thank you! Really appreciate!!!

it is what an ideal pharmacy should be like in a neighborhood. They are not only knowledgable, also friendly and helpful. They are willing to spend time to explain your medication in great detail, that you won’t see in large chain stores.It is highly recommended.

My go-to place if I ever need to fill my prescriptions! The owner Andre is wonderful with his genuine care and attention. He always gives very clear instructions to my prescriptions and patiently answers all my questions. The entire Crystal Pharmacy team is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and super helpful. Excellent service! 10/10

Head pharmacist is a racist, denied my girlfriends prescription ONLY because she was East Indian. Absolutely ridiculously unhelpful and rude, literally stuck his hand in her face refusing to talk and serve her. Not to mention we also had our doctor CALL them to confirm said prescription. Don’t ever come here unless your Chinese they won’t help you and won’t talk to you.

Super friendly service! It's a nice little neighborhood pharmacy and I can tell people who work there truly care. I received my booster shot at this location, and the pharmacist assisted me took the time to provide info on after-care, and making this a very pleasant experience. I felt no rush and cared for the whole time. Highly recommended!

The small store front of the pharmacy hides an amazingly complete pharmacy and medical supply store that competes well with if not better than the larger pharmacies in the surrounding area. The staff is constantly available, helpful, and knowledgeable. Capable of carrying special medications that larger pharmacies must order and take days, the staff can fill prescriptions quickly, check with doctors or suppliers when necessary and more importantly know what questions to ask at drop off to avoid delays and complications! Products are reasonably priced and short-term rental equipment are affordable, clean and accessible. Since switching over from a large pharmacy franchise with the usual pitfalls of not capable of foresight to meet medical needs, I'm now finally at ease and haven't looked back since.
