I came in this store today and honestly it felt so easy to talk about my skin and how to take care of it with the individual helping me out.Kudos to the girl, she has blonde short hair and wears glasses, who helped me out! and also gave me really cute packed samples with step by step information on it!Loved the whole skin test experience too. It was quick and easy to understand. Big thumbs up to her and the store :)

Always so knowledgeable, super friendly staff. Been going to this location for 7 yrs. They have a great recycling program for points and generous with the samples! Love love love!

Absolutely love the experience at this location. Wendy specifically is deeply knowledgeable and educational when it comes to recommendations for your skin type including the complimentary skin consultation to truly find the best fit for my concerns + maintenance. Don't sleep on the consultation if you are really looking to fix your current routine/issues!

Wonderful location, staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered any questions I had about new launches, were very welcoming and hospitable. Felt welcomed and not judged at all which was very nice. Shout out Liz, Avery, and Chloe - you guys made my day !

I had the pleasure of being helped by an amazing gentleman named Pouya. He was very hospitable and certainly an expert in his field, he explained to me everything about the products I wanted to buy very calmly and helped me a ton! Thank you so much for such an incredible customer experience!!

I was helped by Claire today at the Robson location, and I want to start off by saying how amazingly helpful she was. As soon as I came in the store she greeted me kindly and asked what I was looking for. She immediately found what was right for my skin, but then went 10 steps beyond that. I complained that I had some acne that I couldn't get rid of and she knew said I should I try and then also let me know about the promotion that was happening if I spent $200 or above, which I was. The promotion led me to have incredible samples that I can't wait to buy full sizes of! Claire even went as far as giving me a tester and recommendation for a night cream which aligned with what I was looking for. She was relatable, enthusiastic, and overall just a joy to come across. I can't recommend the customer service at the Robson location enough. I am so happy. This was actually my first time at this location and now I don't think I'll ever set foot in any other location than this one again! Huge thumbs up to this team, to Claire, her coworker that day who was also very sweet, and to Kiehl's overall. :)

It was my very first time shopping for skincare products from Kiehl’s and My review is about one of my best shopping experiences at the store located at Robson st.There are many skincare brands out there making great products but there is something missing, knowledgeable and well-trained sales associates!My experience with “Kaili” was incredibly impressive, I’m that type of customer good at spotting sales associates' love for the brand. And whether or not to trust them based on their knowledge about the products they are selling. There are many factors involved spotting a great sales associate such as detailed and informative answers, patients, and the passion to help customers and making them feel welcomed.Kaili was very professional, friendly and most importantly she took her time introducing me to the brand and answering all my questions and suggesting proper products that fit my needs.I'm so happy with the products I bought and the experience was wholesome. I truly enjoyed it and I'm coming back again soon.

Yesterday I was at Kiehl’s store in Robson st.I did have a great experience with one of the Kiehl’s associates (Pouya).He analyzed my skin with some equipments and suggested me couple good products that can improve my skin health.
