We called Gravity on a Saturday morning because we didn't have hot water. First, I was totally impressed to get a live person to talk to right away! Nathan then called us soon after and was at our home by the afternoon and fixed it! He was so friendly and professional. Highly recommend Gravity!

Needed to get a new toilet installed and they came out the same day and within business hours to avoid extra costs. The plumber was professional, courteous and quick. Unfortunately a few hours later there was a leak and they sent another plumber over on Saturday morning to correct the issue at no charge. Again a courteous and professional plumber.

Gravity came to our home to install a smart thermostat. They were super professional, and took the time to show me how the thermostat worked, and walked me through each step. This isn't the first time I have called them and it wont be the last! Thanks again!

We retained Gravity Plumbing & Heating to undertake extensive and necessary plumbing work for our cottage over several days. The Gravity team was wonderful. They worked hard and got the job done on time and within the quoted budget. We will definitely hire them again if and when the need arises. If you're reading this review, stop researching and just hire Gravity.

Nathan was super helpful and took the time to explain everything to me in terms I could understand. Im a city girl new to country living and was having issues with our well. They were so nice and patient and very knowledgeable. Very reasonable rates. Will definitely use again and highly recommend

I have previously been employed with 3 HVAC companies since entering the trade. I had worked for them for under two weeks and had a terrible experience. Bad quality workmanship and they had tried decreasing my wage drastically with offer to accept or resign. Personally, I would not recommend them. If you see the reviews from previous customers stating that other companies had to complete the work that Gravity had started. Definitely not the way a company should operate.

Had a blockage in my pipe to my septic. Called gravity after reading the reviews, and they are 24/7. Talked to the nicest gal, and she set up for Nathen to come asap. He diagnosed the problem fast. Dealt with it fast and gave us a reason why our issue happened. It has happened before, and this was just great. Thanks to Nate for being awesome at what he does.

Gravity provided excellent service and pricing. We would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. The technicians were polite and took great care. They cleaned up after themselves and even followed up the next day to ensure there were no concerns.
