One of my favorite destination's this year and many years past. Campobello Island has to be one of the most beautiful places in New Brunswick and one of the areas most would say where ? Then we say home of President Roosevelt's summer cottage then we have your attention. Spending time with family on the Island we traveled all over each day, driving and boating. There's so many sights and so much to capture from water and land. The vivid colors of the waterfront, the beauty of the land. A few days just would not be enough to take everything in. As you can see by the images I've added there really isn't a bad image anywhere. Hope you enjoy my view of Campobello Island and you all get an opportunity to visit for awhile.

A simply lovely place to visit. Beautiful sights, lots of trails, and plenty of activities for all. You can go whale watching, kayaking, camping, Etc. Enjoyed an early morning seeing the sunrise at head Harbor Light and even saw whales breaching off the coast. For bird lovers this is the place to be. There are lots of sea birds and warblers and birds of prey. And of course there's the Roosevelt Cottage, the Beloved island of Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt. There is quite a bit to see an explorer at there home.

Definitely worth a trip from Bar Harbor along the coast. A pretty little island with very friendly inhabitants.

Beautiful scenery! Phenomenal lighthouse that's tricky but fun to hike out to.

Very small and cute island. Think about food before come here. There are not too many options. When we went there, the weather wasn’t good and we couldn’t see anything and left the islandBut try the trails with cars and then walk.It’s good island door camping! And ask about the ferry before you go is they operating or not

Campobello has a great peaceful feeling.There is beauty everywhere!!!

I hadn't been to Campobello Island since I was a kid and I am glad I went. I regret that I couldn't time my trip with the tides so I could walk out to the Head Harbor lighthouse but the views and photo ops were excellent. The Roosevelt complex is top notch as well.

Fun place for picnicking and exploring and taking a day to rest and relax.
