I have booked several vacations with Paola at vision travel some on extremely short notice less than 24hrs before takeoff and some months in advance all have been great.

Would recommend Vision Travel for any vacation needs, Lori was so fantastic to us planning our Florida vacation, she was very pleasant to deal with and it could not have gone any smoother ...

Very disappointed with itinerary we booked for Xmas and New Years. The agent clearly did not understand our needs. We mostly book on line however wanted a professional opinion and came to this agency for a more upscale experience in Mexico. We booked 7 months ahead of our vacation to get an ocean view 2 storey room and we were told it’s booked. After speaking with resort management they told us that those rooms were only for Excellence Club bookings although we asked for the resorts premium rooms to our agent. In addition we noticed we paid for Club seats on the plane and our early itinerary indicated Option plus on air transat which she quickly corrected. So no I don’t recommend or trust this agency for their travel experience knowledge
