I have had many items tailored and dry cleaned - Krystal is so accommodating with scheduling alterations and an amazing seamstress . I highly recommend this business, the customers are treated well and they make sure your items are ready with a smile .

I recently dropped my winter coats off for dry cleaning. The prices seemed reasonable, $52 for a Northface full-length down jacket and two peacoats. I picked up my items in a pristine condition. I waited a week for pick up, which I wasn't in a time rush. The customer service was fantastic. They were very courteous and kind to make sure I didn't need my items sooner.

I take my nicer clothes I wear for work here and they’re always done in time. They always look so clean and wonderful when I pick them up, almost like they’re brand new. The staff are super nice and helpful as well. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Best customer service!!! The lady helping me was so sweet, answering all my questions. Then my laundry was folded better then I do at home. Lol! She even hung up my husbands work shirts!!! 10 out of 10!!!!

My story is kinda long and sentimental but I brought in the American Flag (memorial flag) that belongs to my Father In Law that I wanted to be cleaned. Well when they started to clean it, they noticed that the Red was starting to run. Crystal the owner of the Laundry Room Center asked if it was possible to clean it by hand, and it was. At that point, I didn't know the situation, but Crystal knew why I wanted it cleaned. I came in to pick it up and it was Beautiful. Crystal told me what happened and she did not charge me for it to be cleaned by hand. The Laundry Room Center will clean your American Flag for NO CHARGE!! I also recommend that if you have something that needs to be Dry Cleaned, go or call The Laundry Room Center.

This place was absolutely amazing! The owner is so friendly and kind. I brought in several articles clothing that had been exposed to heavy cigarette smoke and they came back perfect and odor free! Would definitely recommend. I don’t live on the east side but will continue to make the drive for laundry services when needed.
