Food was affordable but bland. The service is unfriendly and cold, hard to order. I try to support small local business, but I was gravely disappointed. The rice was dry and bland. I got beef and broccoli but there was hardly any meat in the dish. Also got a soup (asked for egg drop, got some sweet corn I instead somehow) and chicken fried rice.

Excellent skillfully cooked food, really nice staff, super clean restaurant. Huge menu.Recommend the Da Qin fish - it was superb.Garlic Wings prepared perfectly, so were the pork chops.First time here - but — We will be back!

Friday, April 14, 2023. Ordered for delivery. Very disappointing flavour wise. No flavour, boring flat taste. We used to recommend KW Gardens for years but won’t be doing that in future. The freshness was good but nothing else otherwise.

The food is good and the customer service is amazing. We ordered through Door Dash but the driver picked up the wrong bag. We called KW and they had their own driver bring us the correct order within 15 minutes. And the food was still hot!

Sorry, we’re usually one for good reviews but KW Gardens food is disappointing. The Chow Mein was flavourless, the Honey Garlic Pork super chewy (not good quality) and Ginger Beef the same. For the price we expect better. Also trying to order over the phone was difficult with language barriers.

This place used to be quite good, but last night was the last night I will ever eat here. The chicken chow mein was a joke. 13.95 for a bowl of noodles. I had to dig down to the bottom to find a few tiny pieces of chicken. Same for the veggies. Just a few tiny slivers of carrot and a few bean sprouts. So disappointing. The comparison pictures of what I got and the picture from their website says it all.By the way, my daughter and I both had major indigestion after eating the meal.

Their fried chicken wings is a must try... and the celantro soup is very refreshing. Great food.. and very friendly service. The place is clean and not crowded. A great place to enjoy Asian food. They also serve beer.Like my review? Please hit that like button.

Winner of the Newspapers Choice Awards 2017/2018 Best Chinese Restaurant. Our first time here and ordered our favorites, but even though the food had good prices and good quantities, the food was lacking flavor. We are not that fussy but the sweet and oil in the sauces were not that appealing ...
